Fall Out

This next piece is a short free-write from yesterday.

"Looking Down"

Look out toward the world

Subtract the lines

Subtract the colors

Remove the air

And the Earth

All I know is falling

Through time

Through space

To nowhere

But my death

Oblivion starts today

            Forever starts tomorrow

            All of life ends tomorrow

                        If Fate is believable

                        Or luck is on my side

Fate drives me.
